Working Principle:
Dust enters the ash hopper from the air inlet through the box; some large dust particles directly fall into the ash hopper due to inertial collision and natural settlement while other dust particles rise into the bag chambers with airflow. After being filtered by filter bags, dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter bag, while purified air is discharged into the atmosphere from inside of the filter bag through induced draft fan via bag mouth, upper box, and air outlet. The blowing system uses compressed air to create a pressure difference inside and outside of filter bags for external dust cleaning on filter bags. Fallen dust is transported by scraper conveyor to storage bin for storage then added back into SPC flooring raw materials for re-production.
This system not only significantly improves environmental friendliness and resource recycling rates in SPC flooring production lines but also protects employee health by optimizing working conditions while reducing energy consumption for economic benefits.
