Key equipment for lithium-ion battery recycling lines includes discharge devices, battery dismantlers, crushers, magnetic separators, vibrating screens, electrostatic separators, pyrolysis furnaces, roasting kilns, stirring reactors, filter presses, electrolyzers, crystallizers, dryers, and dust, gas, and wastewater treatment systems.
Key equipment for PET bottle recycling lines includes bale breakers, belt conveyors, metal detectors, label removers, crushers, hot washing tanks, friction washers, float-sink separators, drying systems, dedusting units, and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring efficient recycling and high-quality PET flakes.

Starplas won the runner-up in the first Zhangjiagang E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
In 2018

Starsplas obtained European CE safety certification 2006/42/EC, and the products were officially recognized in the European market

Starsplas set up two wholly-owned subsidiaries:
Suzhou Florflow Automation Technology Co., Ltd., It is mainly focusing on the development of automation, MES system and other intelligent related software systems to help enterprises achieve digital network production.
Suzhou Minocare New Materials Research and Development Technology Co., Ltd., It is mainly focusing on the research and development for green building materials used in home decoration.

Starsplas also pay much attention to intellectual property rights in technology research and development. We have obtained domestic invention patents, utility model patents, software copyright, and international PCT technology patents up to dozens of items. We also actively communicate together with universities to obtain cooperation in production, research and education, and till now we have been approved by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology “off-campus practice and training base” and by Shazhou Institute of Technology “off-campus internship units”.
