The main products can be divided into the three major parts below:

Furniture sheet production equipment for whole factory, including automatic mixing system, extrusion production line, UV coating line, Profiling machine, laminating equipment and carton packaging system.
Furniture sheet of fully automatic software control system, including intelligent storage WMS warehouse system, AGV intelligent forklift scheduling system, MES production management system, MMR intelligent equipment monitoring system, the above software will be locally deployed through the edge calculation law and can also be designed in the cloud to achieve data synchronization of the production factory. Starsplas has obtained the qualification to be the authorized system integrator by Rockwell in USA.
Furniture sheet of robots and automatic equipment, including manipulator/robot transport, Bag emptying, finishes stacking and other processes. Starsplas is also the authorized system partner of German KUKA in the equipment application of flexible operations.

Starplas won the runner-up in the first Zhangjiagang E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
In 2018

Starsplas obtained European CE safety certification 2006/42/EC, and the products were officially recognized in the European market
In 2019

Starsplas was certified by the most authoritative UL safety laboratory in the United States and the products were recognized in the North American market

Starsplas was recognized as "Private Science and Technology Enterprise in Jiangsu Province", ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.

Starsplas set up two wholly-owned subsidiaries:
Suzhou Florflow Automation Technology Co., Ltd., It is mainly focusing on the development of automation, MES system and other intelligent related software systems to help enterprises achieve digital network production.
Suzhou Minocare New Materials Research and Development Technology Co., Ltd., It is mainly focusing on the research and development for green building materials used in home decoration.

Starsplas was approved “Jiangsu Equity Trading Center Growth Edition listed enterprises” (enterprise code: 699283);

Starsplas also pay much attention to intellectual property rights in technology research and development. We have obtained domestic invention patents, utility model patents, software copyright, and international PCT technology patents up to dozens of items. We also actively communicate together with universities to obtain cooperation in production, research and education, and till now we have been approved by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology “off-campus practice and training base” and by Shazhou Institute of Technology “off-campus internship units”.
