The dust removal system is designed to collect the dust produced by sawing and copying of floor production line. Dust removal system is mainly composed of upper box, ash hopper, ash delivery system and control system. Dust enters the ash hopper through the box from the air inlet. Some large dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper due to inertial collision and natural settlement, and other dust particles rise into the bag room with the air flow.

Other application industries

1. Metal processing industry

Some non-ferrous metals in the process of production and smelting will produce toxic dust, such as beryllium dust will cause lung granuloma; Siliceous dust can cause pneumoconiosis; Arsenic dust can cause lung cancer. At the same time, dust falling on the rotating parts of the machine will accelerate the wear of the parts, reduce the working accuracy and life of the machine.

2. Port handling industry

In the process of bulk loading and unloading and transfer, anisol dust will be generated in the port, and there are problems such as blanking and dust in the storage yard. Under the combined effect, serious dust pollution will be generated, and safety risks will be formed if not dealt with in time.

3. The steel industry

It is easy to produce soot, dust, dust and other pollution substances in the process of production. This kind of substance is not conducive to the workshop environmental governance, but also bring safety risks, but also harm the health of workshop workers. The dust removal system uses the dust collection pipe network to connect the dust collection valve interface designed and arranged on the wall or ground of the workshop to the working host installed at the beginning of the pipeline. When the dust collection hose is inserted into any of the interfaces, the system will automatically start working. Materials (dust, industrial debris, etc.) absorbed by the brush head will be absorbed into the dust collection bucket of the main engine.
