Pad Laminating Machine Solution

Pad laminating machine is specially designed to fit upholstery (IXPE/EVA) to the back of the floor with automatic cutting system and side trim system. Starsplas mainly produces 310 floor mat laminating machines and 200 floor mat laminating machines. The 310 floor laminating machines are specially designed according to the requirements of the floor industry users. The 200 machine has won the praise of the majority of users for its stable operation and easy adjustment. There are automatic and semi-automatic two types for customers to choose. HF 310 is suitable for the back of laminated flooring, wood flooring and SPC flooring.

Functions:

Glue the underlying material on the back of the floor to improve sound insulation. After adjusting the floor straightening system, the floor is glued together with the conveyor belt, and the cushion is pressed with a rubber roller, and then trimmed. Greatly improve work efficiency, save labor costs, reduce soft cushion (IXPE/EVA) waste.
