​Slotting Machine Solution

Slotting machine is mainly used for slotting the plate, first open the long side, then open the short side. Starspla manufactures slotting machines in both regular and premium versions. The common version is 6+6 model and 8+8 model, and the high version is fish bone slotting machine.

Technological process

The vacuum suction cup is used to lift the large plate on the hydraulic lifting platform to the conveyor inclined roller table, after positioning into the longitudinal multi-slice saw, cut into 6-10 pieces, after an acceleration roller table, the lifting belt machine for 90 degrees steering conveyor, flip into the longitudinal separation belt machine, and then longitudinal and horizontal slotting, connected with the flip plate stacking, artificial packaging.

Main parameter

1. Maximum tray: 1000mm; Large plate specifications: length 1250mm, width 950mm, thickness 4-15mm.

2. Small board specification: width 125-600mm. Cut the large board into 10 smaller boards at most.

3. Speed and productivity: the main speed and frequency of the whole line: longitudinal milling 60-80m/min, about 60 pieces of standard board per minute (standard board 8.2*150*1220, single piece area 0.18 square meters).

① Stage A: Vacuum sucker system 10 times per minute.

② Section B: The large plate is cut into 6 small plates, and the small plate can reach 60 pieces/minute

③ Section C: longitudinal double end milling speed of 80 meters, 60 pieces of standard plate; Lateral double-end milling speed is about 30m/min. The distance between the push hook is 400mm, and 75 standard plates can be processed per minute at the speed of 30m/min.

④ Segment D: Pack 6-8 times per minute. (10 pieces of standard plate per box)

Output calculation:

Forecast actual output: (according to the standard plate 60 pieces per minute, 8 hours shift per day, production efficiency is expected to be 80%, equipment efficiency is 80%, 300 working days per year).

① The annual output of a single class is about 1 million square meters (60*0.18*60*8*0.8*300*0.8= 995,328).

② The annual output of double class can be about 2 million square meters.

③ The maximum daily output (three shifts) is about 10,000 square meters.
